We ship worldwide on a daily basis and have a detailed knowledge of which documents (Commercial Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Etc) that are necessary and vital. Please ask us about our domestic ground shipping, as we often offer free ground shipping for orders over a particular minimum. In many cases, we can ship overnight for expedient delivery.

Please give us a call if you need a product same day and we may be able to arrange a courier option for critical delivery. We can ship blind for re-sellers who need to drop ship to their end users. We take the delivery of your order very seriously and take the time to make sure your order is well packaged and avoid damage during the shipping process.

Returns Policy

We provide an industry leading 1 year warranty with most purchases. This warranty covers any order that is DOA or becomes dysfunctional through normal use and wear. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for any product that becomes dysfunctional within the first 30 days. We do not however provide returns if the wrong item was purchased. After the 30 day period, we reserve the right to honor the warranty with one of the following three options: refund, repair, or exchange. We try our very best to quickly resolve whatever issue you are experiencing and get your facility back up and running.
